"Il Boschetto" is a private housing estate completely renovated in 2007, composed of 4 apartments. It is surrounded by a garden and a private swimming pool, located in the hearth of the beautiful Tuscany hills, 3 km away from the Etruscan town of Arezzo. The quiet of the place gives you the opportunity to easily reach the principal cultural destinations of Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena and other less-known localities, but not for this reason less interested from the historical, landscape and gastronomic point of view. It is run by the Mammuccini's family, who will welcome their guests at the arrival. The owners, who live in the next house, can grant you all the suggestions you need about the artistic and wine and food tour, thermal baths, horse riding, trekking, trip, golf and tennis etc...

3 rooms, among with there are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single bed), kitchen/living room, 1 bathroom with shower, a balcony, private parking and swimming pool, disabled access.
